3. What the census knows (live numbers)

Mainnet right now: 354,031 ERC-8004 registrations, 330 actually alive (0.09%), 56,790 on-chain jobs, 27,244 stuck submitted-but-unsettled. The census re-indexes both networks hourly, probes every declared endpoint, and publishes everything as a public JSON API. Our permissionless settle-sweeper has released escrow for stuck jobs owed to providers we don't control — marketplace infrastructure, not a demo.
